Nana Addo Is The “Most Maligned Politician” In Ghana – Kweku Baako

Kweku Baako says Nana Addo is the “most maligned politician” in Ghana.

According to him, the NPP flagbearer Nana Addo has over years become the punching bag for the government and other political figures in the country.

Kweku Baako said this on Peace FM’s Kokrokoo in a subtle response to President John Mahama for thinking that he (Mahama) is the most insulted personality in the nation.

President John Mahama recently took the NPP to the cleaners for accusing him of being “incompetent”.

'Did you hear Bawumia say incompetent Mahama? You've never held any responsibility anywhere near the presidency before; you don't know what it is like to be President.

'I'll take that word from Kufour or from Rawlings because they've been there before. All of you guys [NPP critics] have never ever come near the presidency. [Do] you know what it takes to be a President? And you stand and say incompetent Mahama administration,' Mahama fumed.

But Kweku Baako wondered why President Mahama is anxious about the criticisms of his government.

To him, if it comes to the most verbally abused person in the country; President Mahama does not come anywhere close to Nana Addo.

'We're talking about Presidents and this is why I haven't mentioned Akufo-Addo's name. Otherwise, he's the most maligned politician in recent years. They've bastardized the man. Vilified him, assassinated his character; all without providing an iota of evidence,' he told host Kwami Sefa Kayi.
