Men of God have been advised to desist from competing each other and rather work towards winning of souls for Christ.

Rev. Dr. S. T. Appertey, Board chairman of IBIS Seminary, USA and Founder of Charismatic Praise Ministry International, said this at Odumase Krobo at the 10th anniversary and Annual graduation of God Reigns Ministries on the theme: "The character of God's workman".

He said ministering of the word should be by God's calling and warned those who posses to be God sent that, they will be judged accordingly.

"You must be called by God before you go into ministering since those who does that out of situation will have questions to answer" he added.

Rev. Dr. S. T. Appertey however urged pastors to be guided by the principles of the ministry in order to have positive effects on people at all times. He was also worried about corruption that has characterised the church and therefore appealed to pastors to desist from such bad attitudes.

Apostle Samuel Martey who gave the sermon called on graduands to be weary of their activities and desist from actions that could jeopardise their hard earned reputation. He challenged pastors not to speak against others but rather work in hand with others to achieve greater heights.

"It is suprising to see pastors bleaching their bodies, dressing shabily,be-friending ladies amongst other things which are against God's word" he stated.

Apostle Martey also encouraged the public to have interest in studying the Bible to enable them be abreast with the Word of God.

"Going to Bible school is not for only those who want to become pastors but for all to enrich our minds about God's word" he added.
