Tigo Holds Digital Fair For Students Of University Of Ghana

Tigo Ghana held its second Digital Fair at the University of Ghana as part of its digital lifestyle agenda and drive to become the most consumed brand of digital services in Ghana.

The 3 day event saw massive turnout and brought together many technology brands and online businesses to educate users and the general public on the use of various online portals. It also trained digital apprentices on features of smartphones, and the latest apps most useful apps, and engaged with other key partners such as Jumia and Microsoft.

The event had an array of experiential zones such as the Access Hub, App Space, Education Space and Tigo Music Lounge to give students the opportunity to enhance their knowledge on how to access services such as Tigo Cash, Tigo Music, and other relevant services, apps and digital technology.

Addressing the gathering, the Director of Customer Operations at Tigo Ghana, Stephen Essien said: “our digital lifestyle agenda is all about enabling customers to benefit from their mobile phones and all the services that come with it. It’s also a way for us to showcase our tailor made products and services such as Tigo Music, Tigo Cash, and the Tigo Self-Care app to customers and show them how these services can improve the quality of their lives.”

Tigo Ghana continues to increase its customer experience touch points across the country and develop cutting edge products and services to meet the growing digital needs of its customers.
