YOKS Rent a car wins third CIMG Award

Accra, Oct. 3, GNA - YOKS Rent a Car, Ghana's leading Car Rental company, was adjudged the hospitality facility of the year (Allied and Support Services-2014) at this year's Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) Awards Ceremony held in Accra.

This was the third conservative time the Car Rental Company had won the award, with an accompanying citation that read: 'You continue to marvel your clients by identifying their true needs, meeting those needs by introducing some decent delighter that bilingual and ushering services.'

The Citation also indicated that 'through technology driven products and services, you have afforded your customers to use wireless internet on the go, music playlist for customers to choose from and trained protocol personnel to give seamless services to clients'.

Mr Seth Yeboah Ocran, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, in an interview with Ghana News Agency said consistency in service delivery has brought the company this far since its establishment.

'The award will motivate edge us on to even deliver the best of service to our cherished customers,' he added.

Mr Ocran paid tribute to the staff of the company for the achievement and commended the organisers for enhancing competition in the services sector through such award scheme.

YOKS Rent-a-Car, a subsidiary of YOKS Investments has been providing professional transportation services since its inception 13 years ago.

The company has been strategically transformed from its humble beginnings as a sole proprietorship Car Rental business into a notable tourism industry player which offered complete transportation management services to the topmost corporate entities in Ghana.
