A 55yr-old Pastor of Jesus Is The Answer church at Nketepa in the Kwahu south district of the Eastern region, Pastor Asare has been fined 1,500 cedis for impregnating a church member's wife and has been fined 1,500cedis.
According to an eyewitness, Bosu Yaw, the Pastor was fined after accepting responsibility of the pregnancy by the traditional council headed by Ada chief of the area, Nene Tetteh Sappor.
The husband of the pregnant girl, Gati Martin has however expressed shocked at the act and has threatened to divorce the girl since they both have no child.
Meanwhile close sources indicate the girl has been in labour for almost eleven months without delivering.
