The National Sports Authority, with a heavy heart and great pain do express its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of Samuel Anim and the Ghana Cycling Federation.
Mr Anim, then Ghana’s best cyclist and medal hopeful for the upcoming All-African Games 2015, met his untimely death last Saturday, August 1, 2015, in a fatal accident.
We at the Authority are saddened by the loss of our great athlete and sportsman. It is our prayer that the God will receive him in a bosom and grant him eternal rest til we meet again.
