Dhaka (AFP) - Continuous downpours delayed the start of the fourth day's play in the second and final Test between Bangladesh and South Africa at the Sher-e-Bangla stadium in Dhaka on Sunday.

Not a single ball was bowled on the second and third day after Bangladesh reached 246-8 in their first innings on the opening day.

The highlight of the match so far has been South African pace bowler Dale Steyn's figure of 3-30, which enabled him to become just the 13th cricketer in history to pass the 400 Test wickets mark.

The first Test in Chittagong ended in a draw after rain washed out play on the last two days.
