Businesses in Ghana are set to provide better products, improved services and attract more customers as their telecommunication and technology needs can be met by Airtel Ghana, one of the promising Telcos in the country.

Dubbed ‘Airtel Business,’ the Telco maintains that it provides custom-made end-to-end business and enterprise solutions with cutting-edge technology that delivers great value propositions for all forms of businesses on the pillars of reliability, value driven and quality.

“Airtel Business brings unprecedented innovation and simplification to customers, with a completely re-imagined business suite that has varied but unique enterprise business solutions to provide maximum choice to customers,” the company said the launch of the service last Wednesday.

Airtel Business is capitalizing on the Telco’s network capacity as well as its excellent reputation as the network of choice in Ghana to offer telecommunication solutions that will cater for all kinds of enterprise needs to boost the local business industry

Commenting on the launch, Director of Airtel Business, Mr Maxwell Dodd, said Airtel was proud to be the only enterprise business solution in Ghana that offers a bouquet of services categorized under communication, connectivity and collaborative solutions.

The Telco, he noted was proud to be the first in the Ghanaian market to provide dedicated enterprise solutions to homes.

“This is what we call, the ‘Home Business Solutions,’ and is targeted at gated communities, residential clusters and apartments; universities residences and high rise buildings,” Mr Dodd added.

As part of the outdooring event, Airtel Business also launched their partnership with Thuraya to provide their satellite solutions in Ghana. Thuraya is a leading mobile satellite phone provider based in the United Arab Emirates. It provides mobile coverage to 160 countries in Europe, the Middle East, North, Central and East Africa, Asia and Australia. It also offers GSM roaming services over land-based mobile GSM networks.

Its products include the recently launched XT-PRO, the world’s most advanced satellite phone; and the revolutionary SatSleeve, the smartest, fastest and simplest way to transform your phone into a satellite smartphone.

“This partnership demonstrates Airtel’s commitment to lead the market by providing cutting edge, technology-driven solutions for the benefit of its enterprise and high value customers,” Director of Airtel Business noted.

Chief Commercial Officer at Thuraya, Bilal Hamoui, was impressed with the partnership and trusted that “this agreement will make it possible for people to stay connected at all times because our voice communications and broadband services are reliable, robust, and they connect even the most remote and inaccessible places.”

“Thuraya is strategically positioned to support customer-orientated mobile operators such as Airtel Ghana, who are helping to extend the reach of our portfolio of satellite-based solutions,” Hamoui explained.
