A 30-year-old man has been beaten up by a prostitute in Tarkwa, in the Western Region gold mining town for deliberately bursting his condom in use during the sexual affair between them.
Narrating his ordeal, Abdul Hamid Abdulai, popularly known as Alhaji who lives in Kumasi Pankrono, had visited a small scale mining site around Tarkwa to get some money for his pocket.
In his quest to return to Kumasi, he decided to visit a friend in Tarkwa.
Upon his search, he landed himself in a ghetto belonging to prostitutes around the Tarkwa Railway Station and the prostitute told Alhaji that he could be offered a short-time sex for GHC50.00 which was negotiated and brought down to a cool GHC10.00.
The prostitute gave Alhaji one condom for the action.
It was during the sexual intercourse, that the lady realised skin-to-skin contact inside her and immediately ordered Alhaji to pay more but he refused and insisted that they negotiated for GH 10.00.
It was at this point that he angered the lady and she picked up a wood to hit his head in the process.
"I was lying down helpless and she took the rest of my money away which was about GHC60.00," he told ModernGhana after the unfriendly scene.
