Water, The Precious Liquid Diamond!

Water, The Precious Liquid Diamond!
12.07.2015 LISTEN

Water, the beverage that has been provided to satisfy the thirst of man and animals, is one of heaven’s choicest blessings. Its free use helps supply the needs of the system, and aids in resisting disease as it is the best liquid possible to cleanse the tissues. Pure, soft, water should be used freely, inside and out. Pure water is composed of two gases oxygen and hydrogen and is a medium in which living cells live and function. Over two thirds (about 75%) of the human body is composed of water in some form or other for optimal body function. Water constitutes 92% of our blood and nearly 98% of our intestinal, gastric, pancreatic and saliva juices. Therefore, every process in our body depends on the presence of adequate water. A person weighing 150 pounds has more than 100 pounds of water in his physical make-up! Drinking some little before or after the meal may be advisable. This article gives us the essentials of pure water to health in a world were mineralized or hard water has become a fashion of rehydration.

It is a well- known fact that water is a must biological need but most of us are chronically dehydrated. Would you wash five loads of clothes in the same water? That’s what you are asking your body to do every day if you are not drinking enough water. The average adult should drink 10 large glasses every day. Sometimes more when we exercise or when it is hot. Distilled water is empty of junk minerals and toxic chemicals. It can carry away more impurities. It will not de-mineralize your body.

Pure water is so fluid and mobile that it can circulate through the tiniest of capillaries, and by the process of osmosis can even slip through membrane. However, hard (mineral) water makes the process of osmosis difficulty in our biochemistry to an extent of impeding proper cell rehydration. Hard water may contain some minerals needed by the body, but usually they are not the right ones, and being inorganic they are not the best for the system. We know, there is a talk of selenium fortified mineral water to help us boost our CD4 cells and other minerals like calcium for our bones but their presence in this artificial water, make it even more difficulty for the body to extract such elements in a non- natural source. On another hand, phosphate of lime is the principal constituent of bone tissue, but the main ingredient of hard water is carbonate of lime. Hence, hard water is more likely to contribute to liver problems, and gall bladder or kidney stones. Organic minerals as provided by plants are the body’s preferred type of minerals.

The free use of water internally aids in the assimilation of nutrients, in elimination of wastes and toxins, and in chemical reactions so needful for life. Water is the solvent that keeps various chemicals in solution that break down the food and prepare it for absorption and use by the cells, or as hormones that regulate chemical-responsive activities in the body, which are legion. It keeps nutrients, chemicals, and waste matter in solution and floats them to their destinations within the body.

Blood thickens if not enough water is taken. This hinders its free circulation, adding an extra burden on the heart; and the kidneys, lungs, and pores of the skin are hindered in their work. Thick blood cannot adequately dissolve and remove toxic wastes, so they accumulate in the body all the way back to the cells, and the inside of the body may become like a stagnant pool. Water, the chief ingredient of body fluids, maintains them at the proper degree of dilution, when taken in adequate amounts.

Furthermore, water is a lubricant of all moving parts. It regulates body temperature. All vital activities within the body produce heat. Heat thus generated could destroy the vitality of some tissues if it were not quickly dissipated. The evaporation of water from the surface of the skin cools the body. A great amount of heat is absorbed as water evaporates.

Additionally, rehydration with pure water has been known to act as a cleanser to keep the skin free from impurities thrown out through the pores of the skin. Also, as noted in our discussion above, of water as a solvent, it gives the body an "internal bath," purifying the medium in which the cells live and work,— quickening their work.

Just as plants shrivel if they do not have sufficient water, so body cells shrivel, and cannot function properly, if deprived of sufficient pure water. At this point we are left to wonder if fish can survive in hard (mineral) water…? Or could it be that mineral water supports life…?

Hence, insufficient pure water intake, resulting in an accumulation of toxins in the body, can cause depression, hyponatremia, anorexia, chronic fatigue and mental confusion. Some other common ailments and conditions that may develop when a deficiency in pure water intake is continued over a period of time are:

Lowered blood pressure- (low blood pressure).
Headache, general weakness and discomfort
Digestive complaints, including constipation
An extra burden may be placed on the heart
Kidney and/or bladder stones
Severe infections
Muscle cramps
Chemical reactions within the cell may be impaired
It is further observed that body temperature increases during vigorous activity but if sufficient water is not taken, the temperature will increase to a low fever, resulting in fatigue. Forcing water intake above that desired by thirst will keep the temperature within a comfortable range for continued activity.

However, body fluids can be diluted too much when too much water is taken resulting in severe symptoms. Coffee, tea, soft drinks and similar beverages, do not supply the place of water. They only increase the need for water.

Thirst is not a guide as to when one needs to drink water but one need to establish a water drinking schedule. Taking extra water during vigorous activity may be recommended but it should not be to an excess! It is better to take water in small amounts frequently, than to take large amounts at one time even though it is the primary ingredient in all body fluids, including blood, lymph, saliva, glandular secretions and cerebrospinal fluid. Pure water constitutes, regulates, flows through, cleans and helps nourish every single part of the body. But the wrong kind of water can pollute, clot, and turn to stone in every part of the body.

It is vital at this point to understand the difference between organic and inorganic (non-living) minerals. Water flowing through or on the ground collects inorganic minerals from the soil and rock through which it passes. These are minerals which humans or other animals cannot utilize.

Only plants have the capability to transform inorganic minerals from the ground into living, vital, organic minerals we can use for nourishment.

Because these inorganic minerals cannot be absorbed, they become distributed elsewhere in the body, causing arthritis in the joints, hardening of the arteries, kidney stones, gallstones, etc.

While water containing minerals is a primary contributor to these deposits, the drinking of distilled water is the way to flush our cholesterol and mineral deposits from our arteries and other body parts.

Drinking distilled water might be one way we could help to arrest or reverse the progress of atherosclerosis or prevent it entirely. The tiny capillaries of the brain and the connective tissues suffer the greatest damage from inorganic minerals, cholesterol, and salt. Its estimated that the connective tissues separated and connected, would be a length of 60 miles.

What a difference would be made by cleaning them all out! Proper diet, coupled with exercise, could work wonders in helping to repair the damage done by improper eating and drinking!

We recommend that you drink plenty of pure (distilled) water. We need at least about 10 glasses a day. We will need more when recovering from chronic dehydration. You might be surprised to find out that HISTAMINE is the body’s main water regulator, and any time there is a shortage of needed water it takes over the rationing of it to promote survival of the body through caring for the needs of the most vital organs. Thus the choking and wheezing of asthma and the stuffiness of hay-fever and allergies can be an effort to prevent further water loss through the breathing system.

We have seen it proven that a couple of glasses of warm water can ease off an asthma or peptic ulcer attack. These facts also make an intelligent person greatly question the wisdom of using any anti-histamine drugs!

It is also a documented fact that doctor after doctor has recommended that if most of their patients would just drink more water, most of their health problems would disappear. How about you? Visualize your daily water intake by using a two-quart pitcher and cup, or drinking from a two-quart jar.

Well, forcing the body to work with insufficient amounts of fluid is like trying to wash the dinner dishes in a cupful of water. When you don't drink enough water, the body must excrete wastes in a more concentrated form, causing body odor, bad breath, and unpleasant smelling urine. If wastes from the body aren't eliminated as rapidly as they should be then there is no way that we can feel as good and energetic as we should.

Water gives our body the internal shower that it needs each day. We should drink enough to keep the urine pale during the day. The body loses about 10-12 cups of water through the skin, lungs, and elimination. Food provides two to four cups of water, leaving us six to eight glasses of water to drink. Consequently, we should get into the habit of drinking upon rising, midmorning, midafternoon, and early evening and add a twist of lemon for a little flavor.

When the sodas are passed around or when the waitress hands us a glass of water and then asks us what we would like to drink next time, let’s be proud to just say, Thank you. Water is fine. It’s not only better for us but it’s certainly a lot cheaper.

As already noted above, all drinks, such as tea, coffee, alcohol, sugared drinks, Nutra-sweet or Aspartame drinks and pop, take more water out of the body than they put in! as the body must use water to flush out the chemicals. Therefore they are dehydrating agents. One of the best things anyone can do for the health of himself and family, is to dispense with all other drinks and drink 2 to 2 1/2 quarts of distilled water daily- following the schedule of drinking half-hour before meals and 2 1/2 hour after and on rising and before bed. You may need to drink much more than this if you already have a serious disease as you may be years behind in your water drinking!

From the foregoing, we can't say enough about the health benefits of drinking pure water. Nevertheless, here are only a few of the many health benefits you and our family will enjoy once we make the switch to pure water: • Maintain a healthy body weight • Properly digest food and absorb nutrients from food • Have healthy, glowing skin • Decrease muscle and joint inflammation • Have better circulation • Detoxify our body naturally

In summary, we would only recommend using distilled water for a short period of time and only for the purpose of detoxification, as this water can help pull toxins from our body. Drinking it long-term, however, will most likely invite health problems as pure water now seems to be a fallacy than a reality. If you're thinking you're safe from all of the harmful contaminants of water because you drink bottled water instead of tap water, I'm afraid we must be the bearer of some bad news that drinking from plastic bottles is not a good idea too. Plastic bottles contain a chemical called bisphenol A or BPA, which is a synthetic hormone disruptor that has been linked to serious health problems such as: • Learning and behavioral problems • Altered immune system function • Prostate and breast cancer • Risk of obesity and • Early puberty in both genders. Indeed, amigos- pure water is a precious liquid diamond that is difficulty to harness.
