Press Release We Wont Take Any Apology or Retraction from OMGghana; We Will Take Them on – Ga Adangme Concern Youth Pressure Group
JUL 7, 2015 LISTEN

President of the Ga Adangme Concern Youth Pressure Group, Nii Ayaafio Tetteh I has threatened to sue OMGGhana.Com, a social, viral and occasional satirical news website for a publication they posted on their site captioned 'Ghanaian Girls, Where They Come From And Their Stereotyped Qualities (Relationship-Wise)' .

The site which content are opinionated and unapologetic in the said article described Ga and Krobo women in a manner that the group is not pleased with and find very insulting and tarnishing. According to leaders of the pressure group and 'We Are Ga Group' in UK they feel very ashamed to be described in such a manner by a news writer describing them as the most loud, dirty, uneducated and don't give a hoot about progress in life.

According to Nii kumchacha did a similar thing some time ago and he later came out to apologise but this time we won't take it lightly with OMGGhana. 'It too late to render an apology or retract what they posted because when comments came in on that publication indicating how unfair and insulting the post was to the Ga Adangme, OMGGhana in the person of one Kwesi Kyei went who had no shame or regret went ahead to rain insults on us saying we can go burn the sea. This is no joke and it not an act of writing we should encourage as a people. Why the Ga Adangme? Why didn't he Ashanti's, Fante's or the Hausa? We will sue the site and deal with that Kwesi Kyei as the law demands. We will let the laws of this country work' he said angrily.

Listen to the full interview with Nii Ayaafio Tetteh I president of the Ga Adangme Concern Youth Pressure Group and Naa Adjeley Gbojor leader of 'We Are Ga Group' in UK.
