Diamond Cement Participates In Building Exhibition

Diamond Cement Ghana Limited, one of the leading producers of cement in Ghana, participated in this year’s Water Africa and West Africa Construction and Building Exhibition and Seminar held at the Accra International Conference Centre.

The event, which took place from 24-26 June, 2015, was attended by over 90 local and international companies.

The companies exhibited their latest equipment and services in the various areas.

The seminar was also used to discuss topics such as use of advanced technology in modern buildings, new paradigm for addressing Africa's urban water challenges, monitoring rural water services in Ghana and development control in urban areas, among others.

Prakash Bhatt, Senior Marketing Manager of Diamond Cement Ghana, expressed delight at this year's event, stating that 'the topic on the infrastructural challenges that face Ghana in the 21st Century was very informative and timely as it highlighted ways to curb for example the recent floods that hit parts of Accra.'
