JUN 17, 2015 LISTEN

NPP-Canada is extremely happy to join other voices in congratulating all contestants of the NPP Parliamentary Primaries of June 13, 2015.

As is typical of the NPP, internal contests are simply just that, internal contests. Following the contest, all, well almost all, quickly rally round to forge ahead in unity and with a sense of purpose. For Election 2016, the need of most Ghanaians for a government that can actually do something about a better Ghana agenda and not just talk about it makes it all the more important for all contestants (victors and the not-so victorious) to close ranks and rally around the Elephant.

To the victors, NPP-Canada says “Congratulations!” NPP-Canada encourages all the victors to work harder so the victory can be complete when victory is ultimately declared in the general elections of 2016.

To those who did not win their primaries, NPP-Canada would like to ask them to take consolation in the prospect of an NPP victory which can only come about if they would commit themselves to working harder than ever before to secure an NPP-Victory in 2016.

NPP-Canada would particularly like to warmly congratulate 22-year old Miss Francisca Oteng-Mensah for winning the Parliamentary Primaries in Kwabre East. NPP-Canada joins Miss Oteng-Mensah, the youth of Ghana and the people of Kwabre East in celebrating youthful resourcefulness, grit, determination and perseverance.

Ghanaians deserve better. Let all who contested in the NPP primaries resolve not to fail Ghanaians by working hard to secure victory for NPP in 2016.
