TESCON Backs Prez Kufuor's Call For Calm In NPP

LET HEED TO THE WISE COUNSEL OF EX- PREZ KUFOUR

Before we begin, we want to use this platform to share our heartfelt condolences with the bereaved family of Alhaji Mahama Adams The Upper East Regional Chairman, Great Patriot, Rest In Peace.

Following the recent happenings in the party, Tescon executives,on various tertiary campuses of Ghana, call on the leadership of the New Patriotic Party to let peace reign in the party.

We are tired of the continuous division the party is experiencing.

We as Tescon executives,on the various campuses representing our colleague students and young patriots hereby call on the leadership of our great party to let peace reign.

Let peace reign for the sake of the ordinary Ghanaian whose only hope is to survive this moments with the hope that 2016 will come with a positive change.

We can't be fighting ourselves when, the ordinary Ghanaian is suffering, when Children are dying and businesses are collapsing.

With the dollar appreciating (above Ghc4 ),unemployment increasing, corruption at it's peak and the youth struggling to make meanings of their lives.

We are also calling on all patriots to desist from unfounded allegations and utterances that will create more tension and confusion.

Let's all in one accord and in unity make our party a better one to serve the collective interest of our dear nation.

We are also advising National Democratic Congress to focus on solving the darkness that has befallen our nation, resurrect the dying cedi and create more jobs for the youths as promised and desist from scoring cheap political points from the death of Alhaji Mahama Adams who is still being mourned by his family, friends and loved ones.

Finally, we call on the leaders of the party, the National Executive Committee and all well meaning patriots to heed to former President John Agyekum Kufuor's CALL FOR CALM in the party to help bring peace into the party.

We believe that our great party will come out of this challenging moments stronger and lead the movement for positive change in 2016.
