NAHSAG Congratulates New Minister Of Health

To congratulate Hon. Alex Segbefia on his new appointment as Minister of Health, the National Health Student's Association issues the below statement.

'We wish to send our heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Alex Segbefia on his appointment and commencement of work as Minister of Health.

Being cognizant of his hard work in other ministerial positions, we are of high hopes that he will do exceedingly well and build upon the good works started by his predecessor Hon. Kwaku Agyeman Mensah in our quest to advancing the 'Health for all Agenda'.

We wish to encourage him to be swift in engaging all stakeholders in finding sustainable solutions to the various challenges confronting Health education, institutions and systems of this country more especially the NHIS among others.

We, NAHSAG, which is a national representative body made up of all health students and fresh graduates in and from the various Universities and Health training institutions across the length and breadth of Ghana is ever committed and ready to partner the ministry and government in this course.

We trust in his ability and pray that the good Lord causes him to be successful in all his endeavors.
