MAY 6, 2015 LISTEN

22nd April, 2015, Accra, Ghana
Accra’s premier mixed-use urban development, Appolonia – City of Light, has announced the launch of Nova Ridge, a residential enclave designed to provide a unique and serene living environment away from the hustle and bustle of central Accra. The 24-hectare area has a range of 245 plots to suit all buyers.

Nova Ridge, a new gated community offers fully serviced plots with clean land title. In a major departure from other developments on the market, Nova Ridge plots are carefully planned with required green areas, ensuring discerning residents ample outdoor space free from the overbuilding seen in other new communities.

Nova Ridge is open to those who want to build a home to suit their individual lifestyle, design and taste. It comes with a communal clubhouse and swimming pool to enhance the comfort of your urban style.

Located minutes from the Tetteh-Quarshie to Adenta Highway, between Oyibi and Afienya in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana, the development will ensure a calm and serene environment within a commutable distance to Accra.

Infrastructure within the development is currently being deployed, and Nova Ridge is to be completed within 24 months.
