Mampong High Court presided over by justice Kwame Ansu Gyeabour may decide whether or not to struck out the substantive case filled by five applicants against the Asantehene, the Asanteman council and three others on May 19.

When the case was called for hearing on Wednesday,Nana Kwasi Baffoe, one of the applicants told the court to go ahead with the case in the absent of their lawyer who could not attend the court.

Lawyer Kwame Owusu Sekyere and two other lawyers for the respondents stood up and told the court that the case must be struck out because of the disingenuous manner the applicants filled their motion with the supporting affidavit.

The lawyers explained that the applicants filled their case with supporting affidavit on February 16,2015 knowing very well that Nana Okyere Bediako, the chief of Bodwease, who was one of the five applicants has died since February 2,2015.

The judge advised the the applicants to bring their lawyer in court in May 19,2015 and adjourned the case.
