NDC National Organiser Kofi Adams says his suspicions that YFM presenter's alleged rape and kidnapping was not a credible story was confirmed after he peered at one of the naked pictures circulated on social media.
“There was one particular picture…..you could see somebody who was more like smiling towards the camera”.
“If you watch the eyes…..the eyes were not that of somebody who was worried about what was being done”, Kofi Adams explained on Joy FM and Multi TV's news analysis programme, Newsfile.
The discussion caps a week of drama after a Takoradi-based YFM presenter was alleged to have been kidnapped and raped.
It has turned out however, that Ada was not raped and pictures which circulated on facebook were staged in a hotel in Accra.
The police are investigating the matter but have confirmed the story was staged.
The NDC National Organiser is not surprised by the twist to the story because his initial investigation using the nude pictures justified his suspicion.
An examination by the medical doctor showed no signs of struggle or rape.
“By nature the skin of women is normally very softer than men so a struggle will generate bruises on the body. This was not found anywhere on the body”, Kofi Adams maintained.
Nonetheless, he says it is early days yet for definite conclusions to be made on the case.
