Polling Station Organizer To Contest Kyei Mensah

Mr. Richard Boadi Soadwoa, a polling station organizer in the SUAME constituency of the Ashanti region has resign his position to contest the minority leader Kyei Mensah Bonsu in the NPP parliamentary race.

He said, his decision follows a mass call from the party grass root members to represent them in Parliament, stressing that, it will enable them mobilize more floating voters for the party coming 2016 general election.

The young man Mr. Boadi, is contesting the minority leader in my Parliament Hon. Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu in the parliamentary primaries.

The Hon. minority leader also the MP for Suame constituency, has represented the constituents for the about 20 years now at the area.

Mr. Boadi said, the constituency needs change for better development, adding that, the people needs new innovative and fresh policies that will better their lives, the constituency and the party.

He expressed optimism that, he has worn the heart of the delegates because of his hard working records in the constituency which will lead him into victorious in the coming primaries and subsequently, vast votes in the coming general election.

"I have been working hard in this constituency, and has fetched unprecedented votes for the party". He noted.

According to him, he will work tediously to make sure Nana Addo and the NPP come back to power in 2016. He said, "though SUAME is a strong hold of the NPP, we need to work hard to maintain and to increase our votes here, but not backsliding the votes".

Mr. Richard Boadi Soadwa who was the polling station organizer at Akwasi prempeh104 in the constituency said this, when speaking to Daily Guide after he picked his nomination forms at Suame party office on Tuesday.

He said, he will focus much on youth development and employ mechanism to create jobs for the youth, adding that this will help reduce unemployment rate in the constituency.

"Such procedure will call off bad practices like Sakawa commonly found among the youth of late". He noted. He emphasized that, he will not only depend on common fund to create cohesive atmosphere for his constituents. "Even in my capacity as polling station organizer, I have created and has secured jobs for most youth here".

He advised other aspirants and their fellows to stop fighting among themselves, since that will hinder their objective to secure power from the NDC 2016.

He called for togetherness to work as one people on one common goal, and urged the delegates to vote for him in their numbers during the primaries.
