A gentleman needs to be in good form, what i mean by that is; a gentleman must be strong and fit as always as possible.

You can decide to take up a sport or an activity such as, early morning run, others may decides to even run at night which is also not a bad idea. It won't hurt to work out a little because a gentleman must be in shape, being round is not the kind of shape we are talking about here, the kind of shape we are talking about is the shape of a healthy person, although round is a shape ,that is not what we are looking for. When we talk about working out, we are not talking about working out to get the form of an action figure; we mean just working out to become healthy and strong. We do not want to be victims of avoidable diseases.

Now when it comes to eating, food is good but as a gentleman you cannot eat just anyhow, you cannot eat too much, you should eat to satisfaction; let the rest of the food go when you are filled up.

Try not to eat late at night and try not to go to bed immediately after eating. This is because you might grow a pot belly and as we all know it is not that fancy to have a pot belly, the era where pot belly was attributed to wealth is dead and gone, we are now in an era where being healthy is major. I have personally come to notice that some people with pot bellies sometimes breath loudly even when they have not undergone a strenuous activity, I find it a little disturbing.
