Fobi Finally Responds To Allegations Of Dumsor

I greet you all with the TRUTH and INTEGRITY that established the University of Ghana. I went to bed last night thinking about how we all could come together to resist the installation of PREPAID METERS in our halls of residence only to be rudely awoken this morning by one malicious propaganda that I instigated the current power outages experienced on the main campus. Though I was surprised that someone had suddenly given me the powers of the ECG boss, I decided to find out the source of this falsehood. My search landed me at the doorstep of a group of people who have constantly accused me falsely of using propaganda.

Before we submitted our petition on behalf of students in Hilla Limaan, Alex Kwapong, Elizabeth Sey, Jean Nelson, Pent, Bani, Evandy and T.F, we decided to get the express approval of students in these Halls. We went to their lectures and rooms to collate over 2000 signatures which we attached to the petition. As a member of Hilla Limaan Hall and my running mate from Elizabeth Sey Hall, we owed it as a duty to all our colleagues in the diaspora and the whole University to make our concerns and plight known to ECG. NEVER IN ANY PART OF THE PETITION DID I ASK FOR LIGHTS ON THE MAIN CAMPUS TO BE SWITHCED OFF BECAUSE I AM FULLY AWARE OF THE FACT THAT OUR LECTURE ROOMS AND OTHER IMPORTANT ACADEMIC FACILITIES ARE SITUATED HERE. I clearly asked that students in the diaspora are not treated like our neighboring communities, that is Opkonglo and Madina because we have academic duties to fulfill.

For quite some time now, I have had friends and well wishers asking me to respond to the stream of concocted stories by these unscrupulous spin masters but my reply has always been simple; TIME HAS A BEAUTIFUL WAY OF REVEALING ALL HIDDEN TRUTHS. These same people who see the SRC as a birthright wrote a religiously flammable article titled DROP THAT INFIDEL and conveniently blamed me for it but by the GRACE OF GOD it did not work. They went further to seduce my potential running mate with promises and material things and succeeded in getting him to break our initial agreement but GOD intervened and gave us a better partner in the person of MICHAEL DUGBATER. As if that was not enough they wrote an article in the name of my visually impaired brother AZAMATI which he came out to deny. Again they caused the arrest of innocent students because of a leaked conversation between their political godfather and the TEIN president. Now, in their final act of desperation they are trying to attach me to this bag of lies because I am a resident of the diaspora and are seeking to create unnecessary tension and acrimony between students on the main campus and those in the diaspora. Let us rise above this divisive article and forge on as ONE campus under the guidance of our SUPREME GOD.

I find great solace in the knowledge that I have finally been vindicated. We now know the true perpetrators of propaganda and lies on this campus. If I who humbly submitted a GENUINE petition backed by over 2000 students caused the current Dumsor situation, then what will be said of THOSE WHO ACCUSED THE ECG OF DISCRIMINATION and have gone further to PLAN A DEMONSTRATION. I leave the answers to the discerning students of UG. As the Bible says, count it all joy when people persecute and spread falsehood about you for goodness sake, our FATHER IN HEAVEN sees all things. The end of a matter is more important than the beginning. GOD bless us ALL.
