Nana Appiah Korang Calls On Ghanaians To Reject NDC Come 2016

Nana Appiah Korang, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Chairman of the Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abrem constituency in the central region, has called on all Ghanaians to reject the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) come the 2016 general election.

Mr. Appiah Korang said, the kind of socio economic hardship that has bedeviled the country at the moment is unprecedented in the history of the country in recent times and he claimed, there is untold hardship every Ghanaian is facing today as a result of economic mismanagement by the NDC government lead by President John Dramani Mahama.

Chairman Korang stated that, 'the kind of hardship that has entangled this country with it negative consequences on the ordinary citizens, form the basis of my call on all Ghanaians to reject the NDC party without any hesitation and bring back the NPP for better developmental policies that will benefit all but not just few like the NDC is doing today'

'It is very disheartening when this government goes round borrowing under the pretext of cushioning the economy but criminally use the monies to finance businesses of their cronies. It is wise to understand that the loans they have been securing are going to be paid by you and I including our children and future generation' Nana Korang emphasized.

He added, 'so why must we keep quiet whiles Mr. Mahama is using state funds to support companies like SUBA, ASONTABA, Mr. Wayome and the rest? Look at the huge sum of money that was paid to SADA and tell me what has the people of the north benefited from it?”

'All these companies and institutions are like shadow human vampires deliberately created by the government to suck the blood of the ordinary Ghanaians and make them suffer as we are all witnessing today', Chairman Korang opined.

Chairman Appiah added that, the NPP government under former president Kuffour introduced many social interventions programs such as Health Insurance, Youth Employment, Metro Mass Transit among others which were implemented to help alleviate the plight of the ordinary Ghanaian but the NDC government of Mr. Mahama has collapsed almost all of them through massive economic mismanagement and corruption.

Chairman Appiah Korang made these assertions in an interaction with press men at his base in Komenda. He assured that all is not lose yet for Ghanaians to make amends and change their political fortunes adding that, per the prevailing circumstances, Ghanaians cannot afford to gamble with their destiny when the time comes for them to elect a new leader in 2016 general elections.

He said Ghanaians must vote for Nana Akuffo-Addo in the next elections for a better economic transformation in which the national cake would be evenly distributed to the benefit of all Ghanaians.
