Caring For All Believers!!! The Role Of Man
18.02.2015 LISTEN

"Although we conduct ourselves and labour in the grace and power of God (2 Cor.1:12; 1 Cor. 15:10), we should be very human in our living, cooperating with God in a human way and fulfilling our human duty. Measuring and understanding that, the growth of each individual is gradual and it must be balanced. The human hands are under eagle's wings indicates that in doing everything we should be under God's grace and under His covering, depending on the Lord and expressing Him."

This certainly makes the doubters know for certainty that though man does not run the church/Body of Christ as an organisation yet, God moves using them as He sees fit and useful for God and man.

Surely it is men who decide when and where the brethren meets, in which atmosphere, and in whose house daily fellowship of the brethren takes place. When and which titles of studies the unified church study. It is the leading ones who under the total influence of God deals with human laps in our local churches. And we respect the decision they take based on the word of God and His direction.Stop confusing oneself and let the leading men play the servitude arrangement as Paul announced and Jesus also mentioned whilst on earth"

Now to our studies:
V.6 : “And everyone had four faces” of the four living creature, I will deal with that later on.

Dealing with the latter part of this verse, these must be wings of eagle, since among the creatures represented by the four faces (v.10), only eagles has wings.

In the Scriptures the wings of an eagle signify the grace, strength and power of God applied to us (Exodus.19:4; Isaiah 40:31; 1 Cor. 15:10; 2 Cor. 1:12; 4:7; 12:9 ).

V. 7: Feet according to Witness Lee signify walk. A calf's foot is straight, signifying that the walk of the living creatures is not crooked in human cleverness but is straight, frank, faithful and honest in the divine grace (2 Cor 1:12; 4:2; Matt. 5:37, 21:23-27; 1 Cor.4:21; Gal. 2:11-14). A calf's foot is cloven, divided signifying that in their walk the living creatures can discern what is right and what is wrong and what is clean and what is unclean in the eyes of God (Phil. 1:9-10; cf Lev. 11:3 Recovery Bible foot note). That the feet of the living creatures sparkled like the sight of burnished bronze signifies that their walk has been tested and examined by the Lord and that it shines, given light to others and being a test to their walk (cf pls.

This was the reason, I had stated earlier on that for the right environment to exist for persons or all believers to be taken care off; ensuring that each individuals learn to be submissive and be teachable, to learn, pray, know, cooperate, obey, experience, and enjoy God, be united with the brethren and God. To be leaders irrespective of social status and gifting with humility, and must be the types of persons whose walk have been tested, filled/full of Christ and approved of by God and men with exemplary church life alone needs to be ordained or selected as elders or leading brethren of a local church.

It should not be that leaders are ordained or selected, just because such persons are too educated (though beneficial) have wealth, social status, been long in a locality or has been long in the ministry or fresh being rushed into leadership, a relative or friends of other leaders, all these are human determining factors and not God approved attributes, to be elders or deacon/nesses. Check again with the additional criteria as Paul stated in his epistle to the Church in many localities or cities especially through, Timothy, Titus, etc etc.

A calf signifies freshness, livingness, and vigour (cf Psa. 29:6; Mal. 4:2). The walk of the living creatures as shown to and recorded by Ezekiel is vigorous, full of life, freshness, and newness, like a young calf (cf Roman 6:4;7:6).

V.8: The hands of a man indicate that a proper, normal Christian should always do things exactly like a man (Acts. 20:34). Let us save ourselves from the brethren who have only learnt to recite or memorised the ministries stuff including over dramatisation; to give room for the new entrants who also needs to know. This should be so that majority if not all brethren to come to the same God willing it so.

Although we conduct ourselves and labour in the grace and power of God (2 Cor.1:12; 1 Cor. 15:10), we should be very human in our living, cooperating with God in a human way and fulfilling our human duty. Measuring and understanding that, the growth of each individual is gradual and it must be balanced. The human hands are under eagle's wings indicates that in doing everything we should be under God's grace and under His covering, depending on the Lord and expressing Him.

V.9: Witnessed Lee dealt with the initial part of the sentence in v.11 note 2; whilst the other half was dealt in v 12 in note 1. We will therefore proceed with the same arrangement.

V.10: Each living creature we are told had four faces (v. 6). The face of a man indicates that the living creatures live in a proper humanity ( I love that ), the humanity of Jesus. The face of a lion indicates that in relation to sin, the world, and Satan they are bold, strong, victorious, and reigning (Rev. 5:5; Rom. 5:17). The face of an ox indicates that they are willing to bear the burden, to labour, and even to sacrifice themselves ( 1 Cor.15:10,58;Acts 20:24; Phil.2:30). The face of an eagle.
