The Federal Republic of the United States of Africa is a federal, continental and democratic union of 55 sovereign African states comprised of:

1. African central government
- African President
2. 55 sovereign African states governments

3. Local autonomous governments

5. Prefectures autonomous governments
- Prefets of prefectures
6. Cities autonomous governments

The African Constitution establishes and guarantees the decentralization, separation and balance of powers, a democratic and moral freedom of expression and press between African federal states and local autonomous governments. The African Constitution also guarantees the rights of native African people and citizens to freely determine their own future and choose their own destiny.

The Purpose and the Role of the African Central Government

The African Central Government has purpose to guarantee the right of African People to guarantee the African Federal continental and democratic union and to promote a common and continental economic, social, cultural, scientific, industrial, educational, agricultural, financial, monetary general welfare, foreign affairs and domestic/national development and policies and guarantee the African common defense, security, intelligence, stability, peace and prosperity for all Africans.
