Binatone Boosts Consumer Confidence With 2-Year Warranty

Globally renowned appliances and electrical goods brand Binatone, has increased its market confidence by offering its customers a 2-year warranty on all appliances and electrical goods purchased in Ghana from February 1st 2015.

Amongst the first few brands to provide product warranties to its customers, Binatone has now doubled its assurance as the British brand to provide a standard 2 Year Warranty on all its products, with Ghana chosen as its first African market to launch the same.

As a household brand best known for its consumer appliances, cooling technologies and power solutions, the Group Managing Director, Mr. Sunil Lalvani said they have seen what their customers value the most, and it is simply the assurance and peace of mind they get from buying a Binatone product.

He leveraged that the high quality manufacturing that goes into their product and the highest of standards and features they provide through their technologies and solutions are of paramount interest to their customers.

As part of its 40years celebration in Ghana, the Group MD then unveiled the new brand stating that, “I take this opportunity to officially announce to you that from now onwards we are doubling our assurance and your favorite Binatone products will now be available with a 2 Year Warranty. We trust our products and manufacturing capabilities and this gives us the courage to pass this assurance to our customers.”

Mr. Lalvani noted that what differentiates them from its market competitors is that they pay attention to their customer's needs and turn them into products, technologies and solutions.

Despite the harsh economic times and the current fall of crude oil prices on the international market, the Group MD, Mr. Lalvani reposes his faith in Ghana and confident that the economy will continue to rise and overcome all challenges.

The Ghana Managing Director of Binatone, Mr. Venu Babu however indicated that the 2 year warranty comes into effect from the 1st of February 2015 adding that customers shall receive new warranty cards with which they will be able to avail the new warranty.

Meanwhile, Mr. Babu explained products purchased before this date will also be covered under the 2 year warranty, such that if a customer has a valid 1 year warranty that still applies, the product will be warranted for an additional year.
