The Senior National Team of Ghana (Black Stars), will today battle with their Algerian counterpart in a Group C match in the on-going African Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Equatorial Guinea and supporters of the Ghanaian National Team in Brong Ahafo's regional capital Sunyani, are very hopeful that the Stars will 'walk-over' Algeria after a 'disgraceful' lose to Senegal in their first group match.

The fans told the News Hunter Daily Magazine that, today's match will decide Ghana's fate in progressing to the stage of the AFCON Tournament and it should be a must win for the Black Stars.

On the performance of newly employed Black Stars Coach, Avam Grant: Majority of the fans says Ghanaians should exercise patience as he is new to the team and the players will be familiar with his tactics as time goes and “we should not judge or access him just after one match.”

According to the fans, the absence of Sully Muntari, Michael Essien, Kwadwo Asamoah and Kelvin Prince Boateng has created some lapses in the team.
