There Is Another Spirit In The Church- Rev Agbozo

Rev. Professor Enoch Immanuel Agbozo, leader of Ghana Evangelical Society has express concern over the different spirits working in the Church of God, when speaking to ministers of God at Tulip Inn, Accra.

According to him, “There is a cancer of another spirit, and not the Holy Spirit in the Church. There is open evidence of this not to the discerning, informed and knowledgeable saints alone but also to the general public who knows and operates under the influence of such spirits and systems. People can identify them by their fruits”.

He said, those operating with different spirit and not the Holy Spirit defiles the Truth, Integrity, Purity, Beauty and Glory of the Church. Above all, they bring Christ, the faith, the church and church mission into disrepute. He further stated, “There is no gainsaying the combined negative effect of falsehood, false ministers, false doctrines and the operations of another spirit in the church and the vineyard.

Reverend Enoch stressed on false ministers in the vineyard, “These false ministers are not only messing up the waters and sending false signals as to work in the vineyard. They are also defiling the flocks and the church body in general”.

“There is confusing state of disorder and misconduct in churches. Essentially, this calls in question leadership and management practices in churches. Churches are out of order with regard to the truth in their internal organizations, management and performance. We cannot describe this as leadership crisis in the church. We can only attribute it to poor teaching and discipling, and wrong direction on the Truth, way, Knowledge and Fear of God” Reverend Agbozo maintained.

He further stated that churches are now by worldly leadership, management and business principles and practices, without regard to the truth of scripture and the Holy Spirit, His Administration, Directions and presence for Orderly conduct of church affairs- whether teachings, whether worship or whether church activities in general. The proper reverence to Christ's headship, leadership and direction on orderly conduct in the church are absent in some churches.

Professor Abgozo, founder of Enoch mission said year 2015 is a year of Glory opening a 30year period of uninterrupted Divine Glory for the nation, says the Lord. The church is, shall be and must be seen as THE LIGHT and WAY OF GOD for THE NATION.
