Port Elizabeth (South Africa) (AFP) - No play was possible before lunch on the fourth day of the second Test between South Africa and the West Indies in Port Elizabeth on Monday because of rain and a wet outfield.
With most of the second day's play at St George's Park having been washed out, the chances of a result were receding rapidly, although the weather appeared to be clearing and the covers were removed.
The West Indies finished the third day on 144 for two in reply to South Africa's 417 for eight declared.
