Every bodies motivation as a social entrepreneur is to be a change maker, but when one gets the recognition that any other could receive then you must know the person has being doing the extraordinary.

For Sara Nana Yeboah the 27 year old Social Entrepreneur and Professional Nurse it has being a journey with the motto, “For God and Country” signifying what her passion is dedicated to.

As the co-founder and vice president of The Sangy Foundation an NGO she founded with the Husband Godfrey Yeboah as the President, they have helped cause change in the lives of the marginalised across Ghana and also hoping to expand to other parts of Africa soon.

She has helped renovate schools, libraries, and hospitals; registered over 600 kids onto the National Health Insurance Scheme, organised free health screening and education through her initiatives such as Xhealth Watch, Tech Meets Health etc, all with the help of her GOVERNMENT SALARY and energetic volunteers.

And in December 2014, she impressed lots of organisations across the continent that consistently made her recipient of three prestigious international awards with recommendation from Dele Momodu and Ex-President John Kufour.

She received the Social Entrepreneur of the year at the annual Ovation Magazine Carols Night and Awards. Also got The Distinguished Service to Humanity Award (Public Health) by The Sun Weekend Newspaper at their SUN AWARDS NIGHT and on the 21st of December she received the African Development Recognition Award for Philanthropy all within 8 days.

Sara is a great inspiration to lots of young people across the continent and I would personally like to thank her for all the good she has being doing for GOD and COUNTRY.
