OR MORE PARLIAMENTARY SEATS IF THE CHAIR OF THE NDC IS BY ELECTION PREMATURELY REMOVED FROM VOLTA REGION
Glory be to the MOST HIGH. If we are on God's side who shall be against us, in Jesus Name Amen.
I am a member of NDC party from 1992 to date and also PLATINUM CARD BEARER with identification number 1928 from 2009 to date.
I want to take this opportunity to let all NDC members and sympathizers both home and abroad to know that I shall be the last person to spell doom for our dear NDC party.
By this write up, I am only pointing out the big hurdle which we need to overcome as a party.
I want with all respect to remind the president, His Excellency John Dramni Mahama, the leader of the Great NDC party, the founder, His Excellency former President, Jerry John Rawlings, the council of elders, incumbent national executives, newly elected constituency and regional executives, power brokers in the party, the entire discerning national delegates, foot-soldiers, cadres and other NDC party faithful, that whoever chairs the NDC party is crucial for the survival and victory for the party in the 2016 General Elections.
Kind-loving Akatamansonians, it is true that everybody in the party from any part of the country has the right to occupy any position from the branch level to the presidential slot.
However, at this time, it will be very very wrong and premature politically to move the NDC chairmanship from the Volta Region which is the political “WORLD BANK” for NDC. Now that the presidency and for now two (2) key national positions are in the northern sector, another key support base for NDC.
This brings to sharp focus the two personalities from the Volta Region: Hon Dr. Kwabena Adjei, the incumbent National Chairman, and Hon. Daniel Abodakpi. Whether the two of them who can pull Volta Region votes. Hon. Dr. Kwabena Adjei has served two terms as National Chairman and outlived his political usefulness in the Region likewise nationwide. As a result, he can only pull very few votes from the Volta Region. On the other hand, Hon. Dan Abodakpi is the man to be voted for as the national Chairman to pull more votes from Volta Region and has national appeal. He is qualified by all standards as his messages attest to that fact
But alas! if the entire delegates, who are about seven thousand (7000) in number and representing the 5,570,582 of us who voted for the NDC party in the 2012 General Elections decide otherwise in Kumasi on the 20th December, 2014, so be it.
In fact if it happens, Voltarians (the NDC World Bank) will regrettably feel the imbalance in the distribution of the political power. Hence a fertile ground for our opponents to use it as a propaganda tool to sway 70% of Voltarians in and outside the region to their side.
It is a public knowledge that Voltarians are always castigated for holly voting for the NDC party over the years without benefiting any comparable major infrastructural development in the Volta Region.
Well, Voltarians by their nature are mostly committed to reliability and loyalty in general and are not violent politically.
On the more serious note, the era where some section of Ghanaians have the popular notion that, Voltarians especially Ewes have NDC in their blood. So whether they are benefiting from the NDC party or not, come what may, they will definitely vote for the party was GONE FOREVER.
For that matter, my caution that NDC may lose the 2016 General Elections and lose 28 or more parliamentary seats in other constituencies across the country especially where Voltarians partly or fully dominated.
If we listen to the very, very few Voltarians and others (in corridors of power) who will rubbish this RED ALERT MASSAGE, we shall live to regret.
Below are the tables of the likely twenty-eight (28) or more parliamentary seats NDC may be lose in December 2016 General Elections. Also the analysis of not too favourable in-rolls NDC made in Ashanti region as against NPP's favorable in-rolls made in Volta region, including an analysis.
LIKELY TWENTY-EIGHT(28) PARLIAMENTARY SEATS NDC TO LOSE IN DEC. 2016 GENERAL ELECTIONS, IF NDC DELEGATES DO NOT CHOSE CANDIDATE FROM VOLTA REGION TO CHAIR THE PARTY ON THE 20TH DECEMBER, 2014 IN KUMASI

ANALYSIS: Accessing the 612,612 votes, NDC had against NPP 1,531,148 from voter population of 2,579,793 in Ashanti region mostly from non -indigenes, it means that NDC is not making much in-rolls in the Ashanti region.
But NPP's 111,039 votes against NDC 734,643 from voter population of 1,166,797 in the Volta Region mostly from indigenes and non- indigenes is disastrous for the fortunes of NDC in the coming2016 General Elections.
Honestly, I would not end up my write up without offering my humble piece of advice to all stakeholders in the NDC party, other politicians and some of the clergy.
My piece of advice in the supreme interest of the NDC party to the president, His Excellency, John Dramani Mahama, the leader of the NDC party, the founder of the Great NDC party, His Excellency, former president Jerry John Rawlings and the council of elders of the party is that, they should collectively or as a formidable team meet the four national chairmanship aspirants and prevail upon them to ensure that the political tempo is calm before, during and after 20th December 2014 National Delegates Conference in Kumasi.
My second advice goes to some religious leaders that, they will embarrass themselves terribly if they parade the corridors of self- seeking politicians with intent to assist them spiritually to win the elections. Likewise, doom awaits the greedy politicians who will also carry themselves about with fake assurance from those fake religious leaders and bags of money ready to lure delegates or electorates to vote for them.
I am saying this because, left to money and the so-called spiritual powers alone, NDC and NPP would not have lost the General Elections in 2000 and 2008. It is because God's ways are not our ways.
However, the open secret or reality of their defeats is that many of their core leaders in government detached or disconnected themselves from the masses especially the grassroots (who made them what they do not imagine to be) due to their absolute greed. For the silent voice of the common people is the loud voice of God.
My advice to the national delegates and electorates in general is that, you know the very ugly beginning of these overnight fabulously rich and greedy politicians. Therefore the money they (greedy politicians) offer you is public money (your own money) so collect the money without voting for them. Why because, after they bought your conscience they would not pick your calls again, neither will they allow you into their offices until four (4) years time before they come back to you, even that, if you are blessed to still be a delegate.
Comrades, the interest of the NDC party is supreme or important than any of our individual interests.
My advice to voltarians and northerners (the three northern regions) in NDC whose shoulders the party solely rests for growth, survival and sustenance is that, they should close their ranks.
I am not by extension saying that other regions do not contribute to the political fortunes of the NDC party.
In fact the tender moral fiber that existed and now existing is swiftly being eroded by sentiments of prejudice always whip up by a handful of national wreakers among Ghanaians any time a personality of Volta or northern extract assumes the presidency.
Apparently that cancerous and prejudicious sentiments are seriously infesting voltarians and northerners, especially those in the high echelons of power in the current government.
So those concerned should purge themselves in the paramount interest of the Great NDC party.
I wish all Akatamansonians and the good and kind-loving people of mother Ghana God's Blessings and Abundant Grace for all of us.
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND PROSPEROUS LOVING NEW YEAR.
