The inaugural ceremony of the novice Ghanaian Youngsters Club, with a prime objective to foster peace and constructive integral policies among Ghanaians and their German friends recorded a huge attendance as in expectation at Zuffenhausen, a Schwabian metropolis of Stuttgart. High profile celebrities, including social-political activists, musicians, sport personalities, church administrators and clergies as well as paramount and local traditional rulers came in their numbers to honour the occasion.

“Life according to an African metaphor, is the greatest teacher and the positive lesson we have to learn is love”. Upon this wise sayings, the Youngsters club of Stuttgart has pivoted their concept upon, thus, extending their loving arms to needy one in irrespective of gender, race, socio-cultural or geographical background.

Explaining some critical points in their concept,Mr Yaw Debrah, a member of the Radio Africa Editorial Board, Stuttgart, whoalso conceived the idea of bringing the youngsters under one umbrella, made emphasis on the need to change and polish the society by enhancing our individual effort of servitude.

“Our aim is not limited to organizing funerals, outdooring and Merry makings as adopted by many associations here in Stuttgart, rather, exploring for the opportunities the Germany Authorities has designed for foreigners in the country.” Members should focus on the current trend of social communication technology, inducing the society into Wellness, physical and Health programs.

“Above all, we are contemplating to convey benevolence programs that would be beneficial to the handicapped and the needy ones, especially, those in Ghana.”Mr Debrah the eloquent moderator and founding father of the Club disclosed.

Other speakers at the event were Nana BaahBentu, the 3rd, NkoransaSaanahene, Mr. Agyemang Badu, current chairperson, Old Timers Association, Stuttgart, Pastor &MrsDorothy BoakyeYiadom, who performed the fund raising ceremony together with Mr Badu Martey a peripatetic youth teacher, as well as Mr. Kwasi Yeboah, Chairperson of the Youngsters club, Stuttgart.

In his advisory note, Nana BaahBentu, urged the youth in Germany to be law abiding, eschewing negations that discard the hard own reputable bilateral relationship between Ghana and Germany into mockery.

“ Exercise your deeds in decency and as patriotic youth, you should envisage on perennial ultra- modern projects which would be beneficial to your environment here in Germany and Africa as a whole.” the Sanaahene added.

The key components of building a strong and perfect society is to exercise a better moral standard, sense of patriotism and embarking on constructive policy framework.Upon this engulfed impregnation that the smart youngsters of Stuttgart has demonstrated and were able to convince the huge packed audience that they are ready and capable to deliver their goals and vision into reality.

It was like a dream without sleep, the colorful atmosphere, backed by pulsating African musical tunes, echoing and drawing uncountable dancing feet in merry, signified also that Stuttgart has embraced the young Ghanaian compatriots in unconditional acceptance. It is also a real indication that the offspring of the old generation has prepared a brighter perspective, instead of bowing for unwanted jobs (like cleaning, washing dishes, etc) now, the new generation are being employed for official duties in the society.

The amount raised on that night goes in support to the hospital expenses of a four year old Ghanaian girl who has damaged her throat and organs after mistakenly taking in acid as a drinking water. AkuaAttaah, the poor young girl, hails from AgonaSwedru, in the Central Region of Ghana. May the great Creator of All things, visible and invisible, touches her for a speedy recovery.
