Government has reinstated former District Chief Executive of the Ahafo Ano South in the Ashanti Region, Gabriel Barimah who is infamously known for his 'Tweaaa' refrain.
The former DCE used the local invective after he lost his temper during a programme to honour workers at the Mampong hospital.
Mr. Barimah who subsequently earned the title 'Tweaaa DCE' was sacked by government after granting an interview in which he expressed no remorse for his actions.
Local Government Minister Julius Debrah told Joy News the decision was taken after appeals from traditional authorities in the area.
"His Excellency had received series of petitions opinion leaders and the traditional rulers and so after a careful consideration, government has re-nominated him to get back to post," he explained.
