L'AINE Celebrates 20th Anniversary

L'AINE Services Limited has launched its 20 th anniversary celebration at its head office at Sakumono, Accra under the theme, '20 Years of Making a Difference in the World of Work.'

The company outlined various activities to mark the anniversary which begins from October 24 to November 2, 2014.

The activities include a prayer session, career development fair, street float, cocktail/dinner, sports and family day out and a thanksgiving service.

James Laar, General Manager of Outsourcing, L'AINE Services said, 'L'AINE has come a long way. For these 20 years, we have sourced for jobs for over 21,000 people, a service we render at no cost to the applicant and managed staff for over 60 companies with high productivity and no industrial unrest.

'We are the only company publishing an HR magazine and distributing for free and also the only company to produce management training videos using Ghanaians as actors to cut across cultural barriers.'

The celebration, he said, is L'AINE's way of thanking God and appreciating both its internal and external customers for their belief in the company.

The launch of the anniversary celebrations comes exactly three weeks after the holding of the Ghana HR Conference, which was organised by L'AINE's to bridge the gap between academia and industry and contribute to HR development in Ghana.

Dr. Ellen Hagan, Chief Executive of L'AINE Services, said her outfit would organize an exciting one-week celebration.

L'AINE Services Limited is a total HR solutions provider and is currently 34 th on the Ghana Club 100 ranking.

It is the only HR company to have featured in the award for two consecutive years and the 6 th in the services industry.
