JUBA, South Sudan, October 2, 2014/African Press Organization (APO)/ -- The United Nations Mission in South Sudan cordially invites members of the media in South Sudan to a press briefing by the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General (SRSG) Ellen Margrethe Loej and head of the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS).

The SRSG will brief on the mission's current mandate, update on the numbers of military peacekeepers and police serving in South Sudan, as well as an overview of her main priorities and issues as the new head of UNMISS.
