Open Letter To NPP Leadership
02.10.2014 LISTEN

Attn: All Aspirants, NPP Flagbearership Elections

Dear Patriots,

Polling Station officers demand respect from Aspirants

We, The concerned members of the NPP and Delegates in the electoral college to elect a flagbearer wish to bring to the attention of all flag bearer hopefuls that respectfully, We require of them to make frantic efforts to visit every constituency to outline their vision and programs aimed at winning election 2016 and govern the nation.

The duty to elect a candidate is no mean a small exercise and that requires that every aspirant should submit before the 141,000 delegates.

This attempt to use Party structures, where executives of the party, who will be referees on the day of voting, are now campaigning for aspirants, is not healthy for the development of the Party. Interestingly, the leadership has failed to show some force in this regard thus the breeding of indiscipline at all levels.

Our wish is that all aspirants will support the call for extension of time so as to give meaning to the expansion that took place in 2009. The grassroots matter and we must be respected and given the opportunity to ask relevant questions.

We therefore call on all like-minded individuals and groups to join us in this course to promote the very principles that have held this party together.

We want to see every aspirant come to us...

May God bless NPP
