The Presidential Commission of Inquiry into the 2014 World Cup sittings was divided into two scenes with Mr. Emmanuel Gyimah bungling himself as the FA President Kwesi Nyantakyi raps the bench to the admiration of his monstrous supporters who trooped in at the Commission on Tuesday.

Mr. Emmanuel Gyimah who has been an AG. General Secretary of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) for the past three years looked to be completely at sea in relation to the way he answered questions pertaining to his outfit which he is supposed to be in charge of the day-to-day administration.

"Mr. Gyimah how many members constitute the Black Stars management committee?"

"My lord they are supposed to be six but one is currently not in the country so with his absence they are six my lord," Mr. Gyimah answered.

"Mr. Gyimah how can one member travel and you still have six as your total number but I don't think if a member travels outside then it means his membership has seized. I may not know so please educate me," Justice Dzamefe quizzed.

"Sorry my lord one member rather passed out so the total number now is six," Mr. Gyimah retorted.

"How would you define appearance fee?"
"My lord an appearance fee is something known in football business as a percentage of the price money that FIFA pays to qualified teams," Mr. Gyimah said.

"Is there anything like an appearance fee in FIFA's statute? Counsel please help him because he keeps confusing us," Justice Dzamefe ordered.

"My lord I don't know the meaning of appearance fee," Mr. Gyimah said.

"Oh okay, so it is not in FIFA's statute but we decided to call it appearance fee. Correct me if I'm wrong," Justice Dzamefe asked.

"Exactly so my lord," Mr. Gyimah answered.
"Were you in Brazil yourself? And who collected the appearance fee money on behalf of the football association and how much," Justice Dzamefe asked.

"My lord I collected the amount on behalf of the FA and the total amount was $577,500 for the seven management members," Mr. Gyimah said.

"So did you know how the money was disbursed and please If you don't know tell me you don't know,"

"My lord I don't know," Mr. Gyimah answered.
"So in effect you are telling this commission that you were just a beautiful servant so you went for the money and handed it to your President and whatever happened to that money you don't know," Mr. Dzamefe asked.

"Let me ask you this question Mr. Gyimah. Do you get paid for the job you do?," Justice Dzamefe asked.

"Yes my lord," Mr. Gyimah answered.

"But there's evidence here before us that we owe most of our coaches for our junior teams. How true is that?," Justice Dzamefe quizzed.

"It is true my lord," Mr. Gyimah answered.
"So let me ask this. Is it fair that you get paid and the coaches who take charge of our teams are not paid?

" Please we are human beings and normal human beings so can you imagine a coach has not been paid for nine months and an agent walks to him and say please can you select this player for me and .... I will not continue but like I said we are human beings," Justice Dzamefe said.

However, on his turn the FA President Mr. Kwesi Nyantakyi spitted a lot of bars and chanted rhymes to the admiration of his humungous supporters who had gathered at the commission to offer him their moral support.

Mr. Kwesi Nyantakyi will continue with his testimony on Wednesday but as to whether he would be able to please his fans only time will tell.
