The Bolewura Mahama Awuladese Pontonprong (II), Paramount Chief of the Bole Traditional Area has conferred a Chieftaincy title- 'Nkiligi-wura' (Progress Chief) on 'A One World Tribes' David Naporo Pick from Australia at Bole. It was in recognition of David's promotion of peace and unity and development in the area.

At the a brief enskinment ceremony in Bole, the Bolewura said the Chiefs and people of Bole appreciate the fact that David selflessly left his comfortable way of living in Australia and came to Bole to help promote peace and unity and as well promised to assist in the development of Bole hence the need confer a Chieftaincy title on him. According to the Bolewura for a long time no one has been able to mobilise the large number of youth that were part of the peace concert in Bole named 'A One World Tribe: Peace Love & Unity'.

“Having been made an honorary citizen and a Chief of Bole, one of your responsibilities will be to assist in promoting community development and we will always call on you to be part of all traditional development projects and programmes”, said Bolewura.

Making a brief remark after the enskinment, Nkiligu-wura David Pick said he has been associated with Africa for sometime but never dreamt he will be given a Chieftaincy title until coming to Bole. According to him, his family, members and sponsors of 'A One World Tribe' are very proud. He assured the Chiefs and people of Bole of his preparedness to help uplift development in the area and that he will be in Bole with his family at the next Damba celebration of the Chiefs and people of the Bole Traditional Area.

'A One World Tribe' recently sponsored the biggest peace concert dubbed 'A One World Tribe: Peace Love & Unity Concert: Bole' aimed at promoting peace, unity, understanding and development among the people of Bole and its environs especially the youth took place at Bole. The concert supported by the Gonjaland Youth Association saw the biggest gathering of the youth of Bole with about 3000 people present on the first day and about 2500 on the second day.

Before the peace concert David Pick was at the Bole District Hospital where soaps, Pampers and toys were donated to 10 new born babies at the Maternity Ward and 45 Children on admission at the Children's Ward.

'A One World Tribe' was established on the 9th of January 2013 by the founder David Pick with the vision of peace, love, and unity on a global level, with the hope of operating as a non profit organization that reinvests all money generated into promoting peace and unity, supporting education, and the betterment of communities not only in Australia but across the world.

The first project was to raise funds and supply 320 school shirts for "Ecole De Musigue De Kirina" being for the students and teachers in Mali. This gesture may not seem like much, but it would let the children know that people do care, and give them pride to be able to wear a shirt representing their school, and the hard work that has been put in by them striving to achieve their goals.

Over a period of 6 months 'A One World Tribe' was able to raise the amount of $4400 AUD with fundraising in Australia and help from overseas sponsors. The amount of money made it possible to purchase the 320 shirts, design a logo and have it screen printed, as well as ship the shirts to Mali West Africa.

In April 2014 'A One World Tribe' was invited to Ghana to help with the opening of a Library at the Bizung School of Music & Dance in Tamale and to meet with Redfah Vibes to record a song and do a video clip to promote Peace, Unity, and A One World Tribe in Ghana.
