NPP Youth Wing Kintampo North Not In Support Of Alan

We have observed with utmost disgust the press conference summarily organised, addressed and signed by one Jackson, an electoral area coordinator, of the Kintampo North Constituency wherein they claimed that the entire NPP Youth wing of the Constituency have declared their support for Mr. Alan Kyerematen.

We wish to state categorically that the views and positions expressed by the said Mr. Jackson are at best personal decisions, which are alien to us and do not reflect the collective position of the Kintampo North Constituency Youth Wing.

Secondly, if indeed what they communicated were true, then it should have come from the Constituency Youth Organiser or his Deputy and not the Constituency Secretary, because he is not the official mouthpiece of the youth wing in the constituency.

If for anything at all, the overwhelming majority of the youth wing who are electorates in the upcoming presidential primaries have already endorsed the candidacy of Nana Akufo-Addo to lead the party in the 2016 elections.

So, clearly, this declaration is nothing but a failed publicity stunt to impress their paymasters and therefore should be treated with the contempt it deserves.

Lastly, we want to assure Nana Akufo-Addo and the general public that we are solidly behind him, because we strongly believe that 2016 is not the time for experimentation.

Kintampo North Youth Wing is for Nana and not Alan...
