Ghanaian associations from all towns in Germany will be meeting in Munich on Saturday October 11, 2014 to celebrate this year's UGAG Ghana Cultural Festival (GCF). The annual event is organized by UGAG which is an umbrella organization of the various associations and churches in Germany. The Ghana Community München e.V. is hosting this year's event.

This year's festival promises to be grand and it will attract people from all walks of life.

The guest of honour for the occasion is Her Excellency Akua Sena Dansua, the Ghana Ambassador in Germany. Ghanaians living in Germany are extremely happy to meet and greet the Ambassador who assumed duty this year at the festival.

Activities planned for the day will include performances by Odja Cultural Group, Ewe Dukor Cultural Dancers, Sammy Asafo & Allstar Live Band, West African Union and Mr. Patrick K. Addai (Storyteller). Delicious Ghanaian dishes and drinks will be on sale.

The entrance is free.

The president of the Ghana Community Munich, Mr. Akwasi Owusu Ansah and the organizing team, Mr. Christan Gyasi and Mrs. Joyce Dieckmann are leaving no stone unturned to offer Ghanaians a pleasant day.
