Mistake only learned once and twice, the third mistake always leads to consequences. If Equatorians didn't learn something from post Anya-Nya and the SPLA war, it's time now for Equatorians to learn something out of SPLA/IO.
To clarify the some points, our forefather H.E Joseph Lagu in 1950-60's wasn't mistaken calling for the liberation of an Independent Equatoria State.

The history was learned and were repeated in 1983 when H.E The President of Southern Sudan High Executive Council: Joseph James Tombura, did called for kokora which lead the Dinkas to head back to bush in the name of they were fighting for the equal right of people of Southern Sudan.

This were just lied and the truth were, the Dinkas and rest of non-Equatorians felt they were chased out of most beautiful land of Equatoria in which they don't have in their regions.

Today, many Equatorians do celebrate and adore John Garang more than the God who is their heavenly father in the name of John Garang is the South Sudan's founding father.

Again, if history can repeat itself or time can roll back, these are the South Sudan's founding fathers “The Equatorians were the first to emerge from the Equatoria Corps which was later called Anya Nya and the leaders were separatists, who demanded the creation of a separate South Sudan nation, free from Arab domination. The Equatorian leaders of the Anya Nya and founders of the struggle were Saturlino Olire, who was the first man said to have fired a bullet, and launched the start of the first civil war, in Torit; Fr. Saturnino Lohure, yet the Equatoria's colonizers have not recognized him as the founding father of South Sudan. Joseph Lagu, Aggrey Jaden, Joseph James Tombura, Joseph Ohide, Marko Rume, Ezboni Mondiri, Albino Tombe, Lazaru Mutek, Benjamin Loki, Elia Lupe, Elia Kuzee, Timon Boro, Dominic Dabi Manango, Alison Monani Magaya, Isaiah Paul, Dominic Kassiano Dombo, and many others,” just to mention few Equatorians who first did sacrificed their life for the sake of Southern Sudan in dawn of Sudan Independence from Anglo-Egyptian in 1955.

Who is John Garang to be adored by Equatorians? John Garang was thought by Equatorian Late Bishop Joseph Gasi Abangite and many other Equatorians in Rumbek. He was then sent to U.S.A by the same Equatorian forefathers in persuasion of better education in the States. When Kokora was introduced in Southern Sudan, he was the first Judas of Equatorians who took arm against the Equatorian, because of kokora.

If John Garang was a legitimate leader and a patriotic Southern Sudanese who really loves the entire people of Southern Sudan, he would haven't take his Dinkas soldier brothers only to go back to the bush. He on the other hand, didn't give any clue of his intention to any of those Equatorians who were his close friends, like, Late Dominic Dabi, Late Isiah Paul and Late Aggrey Jadden to form allies with them. Hence, mistake happen Equatorians should know that, John Garang was finding his way of how to colonize Equatoria and call it Dinkatoria as per the Dinkas new name of Equatoria now a day.

Sometimes, few of the patriotic Equatoria's separatist do wonder why, would some of Equatorians do still follow non-Equatorians footsteps? There is no wonder and doubt now a day, the Dinkas had been calling Equatorians slaves, cowards, human buckers, Equatoria being Dinkas colony aka Dinkatoria, Dinka Mountain in the City of Juba sooner or later Equatoria will start seeing Nuertoria etc.

In real life, what does colonization mean and how does it affect the society being colonized?

In many aspects, colonization simply means or can be any sort of way the colonial wanting to colonize the territory or people they want to colonize. These can either be through, bullet or non-bullet. The type of the colonization the Dinkas are using in Equatoria is a two type of colonisations.

a. The forceful marrying of our sisters/mothers/daughters and intimidating and killing of our brothers at night or on a bright sunny day light, the land grabbing in Nimule, Yei and in Juba just to name few towns in Equatoria.

b. The use of money as power over Equatorians manipulating our sisters/mothers/daughters to marrying them and manipulating our brothers in the name of, we are all South Sudanese and offering them lower class jobs in GOSS offices.

If Equatorians cannot learned from the above few things among many other that affect Equatorians today's lives, then that means Equatorians will never learn again and will for sure remain Dinkas slaves for life.

Though, there are always few patriotic among the coworkers, as seen during the struggle for South Sudan's Independent Movement, not all Southern Sudanese who took arm against the Arabs. Sooner or later, time is approaching were Equatorian son/daughters will start fighting each other among themselves for Equatoria's self-determination. Why would the sons/daughters be killing each other?

The Dinkas and non-Equatorians is ready to use Equatoria's own people to fight each other and as a shield to prevent Equatoria's self-determination just alike how the Arabs did used Southern Sudanese to fight one another during the 50 years struggle.

No names to be mentioned in here, but Equatorians are seeing how those Equatorians who are fighting alongside SPLA/IO are vs the GRECOR which does stand for the right of Equatoria. The reality is at Equatoria door when Equatoria will soon start hearing “We the Nuers Liberated You Equatorians from the Dinkas.” If Equatorians doesn't hear that today, they will hear it tomorrow or the day after when new Equatoria name will be created, Nuertoria vs Dinkatoria.

Hence, it's time for Equatorians to “Think” wisely to maintain Equatoria name instead of the renaming it Dinkatoria or Nuertoria. Once again, it's time to “Think Equatoria”, “THINK GRECOR” or any other Equatoria Movement than the SPLA or SPLA/IO which is the future of Equatoria, Equatorians and future Equatorians to come.
