Red Alert! International Student Education Scam!!!

Dear All,

I am a second year MSc Agronomy student at the University of Wyoming. I received a couple of calls from friends (from Ghana) who are eager to know more about an advertised scholarship for Africans (United States Scholarship to Africa).

The coordinators of the scholarship in question listed a couple of universities here in the US as partnership institutions. The admission requirements and the terms of the scholarship are hard to believe.

I tried searching websites of some of the universities listed as partnership institutions but didn't get any information. I contacted the so-called partnership universities and they don't know anything about this (See below, one of the numerous responses)!

It is a scam!
