All Set For CENAB Launching In Philadelphia, USA
16.09.2014 LISTEN

The Coalition to Elect Nana Addo and Bawumia (CENAB) which was unveiled on July 16, 2014 (http://www.ghanaweb.com/GhanaHomePage/diaspora/artikel.php?ID=317855) moves to have a USA launching in Philadelphia on September 20, 2014. CENAB is a broad coalition of patriots, friends, sympathizers, political admirers and people who believe that Nana AddoDankwaAkufo-Addo and Dr. MahamuduBawumia's leadership will be the best to project Ghana into prosperity through development embedded in freedom. We invite all Ghanaians and friends to join hands with us on this journey to the Jubilee House to resuscitate our crumbling economy.

Philadelphia, a city with unique history, stands out in parallel with Ghana. Philadelphia, a City, which hosted the first and second continental congresses during the American Revolution, became the first post-revolutionary capital of the United States. Philadelphia, affectionately called the City of Brotherly Love is an eclectic city that enshrines diversity in race, culture, religion, politics, economics, scientific research and education. Philadelphia, a city of hope and dream was the stomping ground of our first Ghanaian President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.

Philly, the cornerstone of America's foundation and its constitution has been symbolically chosen for CENAB's launching on September 20, 2014 because Ghanaians need a new beginning after these gargantuan and unprecedented failures of John Dramani Mahama and his corrupt NDC administration. CENAB is cognizant of the resilience and tenacity of Philly, displayed during the formation of the United States of America, and asks all like-minded Ghanaians looking for the necessary transformation to redeem Ghana from the current corrupt and disastrous NDC administration to join us, as we move the winning team to victory 2016.

With a power- packed program outline, laced with insightful and knowledgeable political speakers, this CENAB launching is billed to shake the foundation of Ghana-Diasporan politics to the core. CENAB is poised to marshal all well-meaning Ghanaians in support of the Nana-Bawumia ticket to win the 2016 elections.

Panelists expected to grace the program to discuss the state of Ghana and the way forward include Dr. Kwame AmoakoTuffuor (Former Policy Advisor to the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning), Hon. AntwiBoasiako aka Chairman Wontumi (Ashanti Regional NPP Chairman), Hon. AdwoaSafo (NPP MP for Dome-Kwabenya), Mr. Gabby AsareOtchere-Darko (Former Director of Danquah Institute) and Hon. Anthony AbayifaaKarbo (Former National Youth Organizer).

Also present via video-conferencing will be CENAB honorees Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo (2008 and 2012 NPP flagbearer and Presidential Candidate) and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, (former Deputy Governor of the Bank of Ghana and the 2008 and 2012 NPP Vice Presidential Candidate).

An exciting day awaits us on September 20, 2014 at the Radisson Hotel Philadelphia NE, 2400 Old Lincoln Hwy, Trevose, PA 19053 from 7:30pm – 12:30am. We invite all to come and celebrate with us during this joyous day as we launch this broad coalition to elect Nana and Bawumia in 2016. In fulfillment of our grassroots campaign, this launching will be a dinner dance and fundraising event with a minimum of $100 admission fee. While we expect scintillating political speeches, there will be enough opportunity to socialize and network among friends with food and drinks in abundance. Also in attendance to entertain us will be the inimitable world-renowned master percussionist Okyerema Asante, and the up and coming young activist-poet, Nana Afriyie of Worcester, Massachusetts.

We invite all well-meaning Ghanaians who admit that the current economic woes under the NDC administration need a total change, and that Nana AddoDankwaAkufo-Addo – with the able support of Dr. MahamuduBawumia – represents that change, to come and support this worthy cause. This is history in the making! Come and be part of history!

CENAB - MOVING GHANA FORWARD!
