The former Nigerian Minister of Interior Captain Emmanuel Ihenacho has said that the high level of unemployment in Imo State was as a result of abandonment of the Sam Mbakwe blue print on industrialization the state, corruption and lack of proper vision among leaders.
The former minister made this remark at the 2014 August Women Meeting by the women of Ezeogba Emekuku in Owerri North L.G.A. of Imo State recently held at Ezeogba Village Hall.
The women applauded the former minister on how he employed a lot of their children into many federal parastatals in the country when he was a minister and also thanked him for donating the sum of =N=1 million to them for their market project.
The climax of the event was the conferment of an honorary award to the State Woman Leader of Captain Ihenacho Campaign Organisation, Hon. (Mrs.) Hon. Ezinne Oshieuka
