SUGGESTIONS FOR WINNING THE NOD FROM NPP DELEGATES

I deem it a great pleasure and a matter of personal moral obligation and commitment to communicate to Potential His Excellency Allan Kwadwo Kyeremateng as follows:

1. SELF-INTRODUCTION:
a. That I am a retired Professional Youth In Development Practitioner, who worked with the National Youth Council( NYC),National Youth Authority (NYA) for over Fifteen Years. I retired from the NYC having worked as the Kumasi Metropolitan Youth Co-ordinator,. Again I functioned as the Youth Co-ordinator of the NYC in charge of Mampong, Bekwai and Bosom twe Districts in the Ashanti Region

b. Before I worked with the NYC I had worked as a Science Teacher in a number of Senior Secondary Schools and as Education Officer in charge of Guidance and Counselling Programmes for the Youth In School and provided Educational and Vocational-Career Guidance and Counselling services to the students for future enterprise and employment development

c. I have also over fifteen years experience in NGO Management with young-people with services including Youth Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Training and linking Youth Entrepreneurship to sources of Credit support

d. At the moment, after retirement I have set up a Youth Empowerment Consult(YEC) of which I am the CEO with the focus of providing consultancy services to the Youth in General Youth Empowerment ( GYE) including Youth Policy Formulation and Development based on international standards

2. COMMENDATION AND CONGRATULATION:
I commend you for your un-waning and un-relentless efforts and commitments to becoming a leader of the this country with courage and steadfastness. I encourage and pray for you.. May od continue to give you more energy and strength to embark on your campaign.

In all your campaign messages, make sure you address youth issues to their admiration and comfort, for they constitute the largest voting segment of voting population.

3. SUGGESTIONS FOR WINNING THE NOD OF NPP MEMBERS
a. That the Youth constitute majority in the various Political Parties and therefore their welfare and well-being should be paramount and be a concern, and that the Youth should be able to see and visualize that Potential President Allan has something valuable and livelihood empowerment initiatives for thee Youth in NPP and even the whole Ghana Youth

b. That, for this to happen ,Potential HE. Allan, you should be able to develop a special Youth Policy for the Youth in NPP and after winning the Presidential ot, expand the Youth Policy to cover all Ghanaian Youth

c. That I assure you that developing such a Policy for the Youth will convince the Youth population that you are their choice and not older men who want only state burials.

d. That I am prepared to help you constitute of Youth Policy Formulation Team including some of your representatives who will integrate your own inputs into the Policy.

e. That the Policy Document should be published in nice colours and launched officially a week before the date for your congress to elect the flagbearer.

f. The Team will collate ideas from the youth in NPP and outside NPP also, and will be formulated and developed with professional touch

4. INVITATION FOR DELIBERATIONS: I am ready to present myself for further deliberations when invited as such.
