Enough of the sabotage! Leave Afoko alone!

We, Dombo Advocacy Forum, have followed with disgust the recent happenings in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and we strongly believe that it is an orchestrated attempt by certain persons in our tradition to cause disaffection for the National Chairman.

We find it worrying that ever since the first Northern Chairman took over the reigns of the Party, any attempt to change the structure that has failed the party twice, is met with suspicion. If we have a National Chairman who cannot even decide those who will speak for the party, then we are inclined to believe that people are doing this because Paul Afoko is a Northerner.

As a group, we had travelled from the North to come pay a courtesy call on the National Chairman and support him in his press conference only to see thugs, wielding Machetes and other weapons, seeking for the blood of the Chairman and General Secretary.

What crime have they committed?
That they are protecting the party from persons who have used the NPP as an enterprise and milking it at the detriment of our teaming supporters, people now want to attack them?

We are by this statement sending a strong signal to the unseen hands to stay off the National Leaders. We believe that Afoko, Kwabena Agyepong and rest have what it takes to champion our victory in 2016 and anybody who would want to derail them will face our wrath.

Our fore bearers have sacrificed enough for NPP. S.D. Dombo's contribution to the NPP is a public record and we urge those who are in the business of sabotaging the Northern Chairman to be grateful of our contribution to the NPP and reciprocate that gesture by allowing Paul Afoko to function.

NPP must work again
NPP will surely live
NPP is coming to Power in 2016
