We Need Unity For Power

Friends of Nana Addo-2016 wishes to state that, the recent happenings in the party do not auger well for the party's expected victory in 2016. A reason we release this statement calling on all members and friends of the party to cease fire and remain focused for we have a lot to do as a party seeking for the victory that awaits us come 2016.

It is evident that Ghanaians are suffering, including the NDC members and now the only party and message to rescue Ghanaians is the NPP and unity of the party. Hence, these setbacks in the party must end, these setbacks only makes the party lose it focus as a viable opposition party that must put the government of day in check.

FONA-2016 also seek to draw the attention of all members and sympathizers of the party to note that we have gone through enough difficult times to allow some few elements of the party who only think of themselves, families and their individual hidden agendas together with some leading officers of the party to unnecessarily derail and divert our attention from matters of national importance and of course our most cherished and enviable internal election matters to suit their capricious moves for reasons best known to them and their God.

FONA-2016, wish to reiterate that, what the party needs now moving towards 2016 and beyond is peace and unity of purpose and nothing more or less. So those who are deliberately planning for the setbacks in the party in order to derail the chances of the party come 2016 should take the back sit and let peace and unity be restored into the party and return when the party emerges victorious come 2016. For we need now in the party is peace, unity and victory.

It must also be stated that, FONA-2016, is not oblivious of the fact that those fueling the the recent happenings in the party to derail the party's chances come 2016 have nothing to lose if we remain in opposition because they have enough money, resources and connections to fly out of the country for greener pastures and for juicy white-cola jobs of international stature, as a result, whatever the ordinary members and Ghanaians at large will feel can not affect their feelings and that of their families.

To the end, FONA-2016, wish to state that, peace and unity is all we desire most in the party now and forever.
