Since 2007 while polisario and morocco proposals considerable as options for policy solution in W.Sahara, since then the two sides maintained own proposals as valid and right choices for this issue. So Morocco's proposal was built upon local autonomy integrated the region, while polisario seeks to referendum for self- determination.this referendum included Morocco's proposal''puppet entity'' wide autonomy ''For instance the parties tackled to impose their proposals and presented them for expected policy negotiable solution.

By the way the dispute in Western Sahara stole concerning OUA/ AUin last two decades of 21st century. W.Sahara dispute stole concerned UN as well as AU and certain challenges must be taken in mind,especially several threats break stability and block development process in north Africa .on handand further AU seeks to attract as many as possible foreign investments brought profits capital funds and launch pilots economic projects enhance African continent and advanced growing progresson other hand.

AU behaviors received a strong support in the last US, AU heads of states summit held in august 2014 in Washington under chaired the President Obama, also another main issue and critical evidence should increase US/AU relationship in economic fields as well as in other essential files among those disputes, democratic processes, human rights among others,furthermore impose humans and materials instruments to fight challenges and troubles around the continent..

In waiting UN and AU special envoys got progress or faced troubles, both organizations are pledged to maintain a free referendum for self- determination under auspice of international community, this option was overwhelmed recognizes as right direction for Saharawi people to exercise their right of self-determination, and safe them from struggles dominated many years, this referendum is provided to run in natural condition maintaining peace, transparency, prosperity, further of any shape of scare and panic.Undoubtedly that the effective presence of UN AND AU will very essential at that time precisely at vote's process sure that will a heavy endeavor mission waiting UN and AU special envoys.
