NPP UK Pays Tribute To The Late Mr Alex Seshie Vanderpuiye, NDC UK 1st Vice Chairman

The NPP UK is very sad to learn of the death of Mr. Alex Seshie Vanderpuiye, 1st Vice Chairman of the NDC UK on Saturday 2nd August, 2014. Mr.Seshie Vanderpuiye was also previously the Public Relations Officer for the NDC UK and Ireland until he was elected as 1st Vice Chairman last year.

We send our heartfelt condolences to his wife and family and the entire NDC fraternity in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Seshie Vanderpuiye was well known on the media circuit in the UK where he did battle with NPP and CPP alike.He was a regular on Diamond Radio, Naspa Radio and Voice of Africa Radio. He was a very worthy opponent and was passionate about his party and most importantly his country Ghana.

Mr. Vanderpuiye was also a devout family man and we were aware he had a long battle with illness.We believe he fought a good fight.

At a time like this, we stand united in grief with Vanderpuiye family, and with our friends in the NDC. Moments like this remind us, in spite of our political differences, to appreciate and tolerate each other better and to seek to promote a healthy responsible productive political discourse in our efforts to build our country.Mr. Vanderpuiye contributed immensely to promoting this culture that we seek to build.
