By the authority vested in me as President of the Federal Republic of the United States of Africa by the Constitution and the Law of African Republic, I have decided to establish the plan of African Republic and the new African self autonomous cities/governments.

A. President of the Federal Republic of United States of African, Head of Federal State and Chief of Federal Government and Commander in Chief of African Armed Forces (cabinet).
