Dubious Judgement Debt: Trademark Of The Mills-Mahama Administration!

Dubious Judgement Debt: Trademark Of The Mills-Mahama Administration!
31.07.2014 LISTEN

Yesterday's ruling against Woyome is the second time the highest court of our land, the Supreme Court has ruled on 'create, loot and share', the words of one of the esteemed judges. The ruling which purported that Woyome's mysterious GHC 51million judgement debt he was paid under the Mills-Mahama administration was fraudulent and stealing from the state.

As we cry over unresolved economic turmoil, there so many of such unscrupulous judgement debts hanging on the neck of the state which seem to vindicate the opposition that after all the 8-year mantle of the Mills-Mahama administration is an adventure determined to collapse the state by using the window of 'non-existing judgement debts'.

Perhaps, what looks surprising is that the lawyers involved in these devil intents are so connected to the presidency, to be precise; such lawyers are counsel for the president!

As for Martin Amidu, his name will go down in history just as those who fought for independence, like Paa Grant, Kwame Nkrumah, K.A Gbedemah, J.B Dankwah and others. Martin has really earned our respect as a hero for the state and mother Ghana.

It has largely been acknowledged that Woyome could not have squandered such huge money alone, as stated earlier, 'loot and share'. Now, the time has come for all those who shared it to come and support Woyome to pay the money to the state. Woyome too, by allowing himself to be used for such evil, is likely to be punished for that subsequently.

We thank Supreme Court for remaining firm to hold our country upright when it demands. We look forward that many of those 'evil intents' are on their way to the court and the arrow of justice will continue to strike.

We want the administration to understand is that Ghanaians are alert and whatever they steal, they will definitely account for it. Yes, not a penny of the tax-payer's money will be allowed to get wasted. But there is time for everything, so just as they will want to loot today, the time for collection is definitely inevitable. The evil that men do lives after them!
